About our New Brunswick office
New Brunswick runs on a handful of things: the port and refinery at Saint John, government and health IT in Fredericton, and distribution and trucking out of Moncton. Our office is in Moncton, the province's Hub City, which puts us within a couple of hours of most of the province and an hour ahead of Toronto. Clinical systems that have to hold up on a ward, not just in a demo. EMR integration, patient records, bedside logging, and the PIPEDA and data-residency constraints that come with all of it.
Accuro EMR integration for a clinic group
Two schedules became one. Accuro is a Canadian EMR used by clinics across the country, and the integration was delivered under real clinical access constraints — NDAs, a signed DPA, and no patient data leaving the client's environment.

Do you actually have people in New Brunswick?
Yes. Khuspinder Kaur, our Business and Software Consultant for North America, works from our office on Gordon Street in Moncton and is your point of contact from the first call through to handover. Our engineering team is at our development centre in Mohali, India. We say this plainly because you would find out at some point anyway, and we would rather you knew before you signed anything.
Who owns the code and the intellectual property?
You do. IP assigns to you on final payment for each milestone, and it is written into the contract before any code is committed. You get the repository, the deployment configuration and the documentation whether or not we keep working together.
How do you handle client data under PIPEDA?
We sign an NDA before scoping and a data processing agreement before any access is granted. Where a project involves personal health information or other regulated data, we work in your environment rather than copying data into ours, and we can host in Canadian regions where your policy requires it. Our Accuro EMR work was delivered under exactly these constraints.
What does a project typically cost?
Most projects land between $25,000 and $200,000 CAD, and a scoped MVP usually starts around $5,000. We would rather say that plainly than make you ask: a page that will not talk about money reads as a page with something to hide.
What happens if we decide to stop working with you?
You keep everything. Repository access, deployment credentials, documentation and any third-party accounts set up on your behalf transfer to you, and we run a handover session with whoever takes over. There is no notice period beyond the current sprint and no exit fee.
