The Challenge
Medical device distribution is one of the most demanding operations in healthcare, and most distributors run it on a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected tools. Consignment inventory moves in and out of hospitals, surgical cases have to be scheduled around it, compliance documentation must be audit-ready, and margins are thin enough that a single stockout or an unbilled item hurts.
The client needed to replace that fragmentation with one system that did more than automate tasks. They wanted software that could anticipate demand and optimize the whole business.
The Solution
We designed and built IntelliLogic as a scalable, multi-module SaaS product with artificial intelligence at its core. Instead of another point tool, it is an operating system for the distributor: a single, real-time platform where inventory, orders, scheduling, and sales operations work together.

Technology & Approach
IntelliLogic was built as a secure, multi-tenant SaaS application with AI and predictive analytics integrated into the core workflows. A React front end sits on Node.js services backed by PostgreSQL, with the predictive models built in Python and the whole platform running on AWS.
We took it from concept through UI/UX design, development, and launch, architecting it to scale as the platform grows and adds distributors.
